REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Ways of Changes hopes that you will be completely satisfied with the merchandise you purchased. If, however, you need to return or exchange your purchase, this Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) will apply. Any questions regarding this Policy or status of your exchange or refund should be sent be email to email@example.com. As this Policy may change and be updated from time to time, we encourage you to regularly check these pages to ensure that you have read the most recent version.
Ways of Change will accept merchandise returns for exchange or refund provided that the merchandise is received at our facility within fifteen (15) days of the date Ways of Change originally shipped the merchandise purchased. Ways of Change reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges of Merchandise returned after this fifteen (15) day period.
CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Ways of Change recognizes that as a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color or size. We will accept any of our products for return or exchange in compliance with this Policy provided that the merchandise is new and unused condition, is not damaged and is in all respects in the same condition as when shipped by Ways of Change. All original packing materials (including woven product pouches, as applicable) must be returned concurrently. Additionally, a copy of your emailed purchase receipt and statement of reason for return will be required.
Way of Change will not be responsible for the costs of shipping any returned or exchanged products back to Ways of Change and those costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Merchandise to be returned should be shipped to the following address with postage prepaid:

Prior to returning any merchandise, we ask that you contact Ways of Change by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can expect your return and process it quickly. If you are returning an expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable or insurable shipping service such as FedEx or USPS as we cannot guarantee that we will actually receive your return item(s).
Ways of Change will treat requests for exchanges as a return for a refund except in the case of a requested return and replacement of a like item (e.g., different size or color). Exchanges for a different product will require the processing of a new purchase transaction for the new product.
Upon receipt of your returned product, Ways of Change will inspect the item(s) and upon approval and acceptance promptly process a refund to through your payment account provider (the credit/debit card or PayPal Account used to make the purchase). If for any reason your refund cannot be processed, we will promptly notify you by email at the email address provided at the time the product was ordered. The timing of your refund will depend on the processes and policies of your payment account provider. A restocking charge of $10.00 per item will be deducted from the amount of your refund (not applicable to exchanges).
